Referee Abuse Prevention Policy

US Soccer has implemented a Referee Abuse Prevention (RAP) policy that sets minimum expectations for suspensions for individuals who violate the policy.
With this policy now in effect for all member organizations of U.S. Soccer, this will apply to all affiliated matches you are officiating.
If you’ve not previously learned about the new Referee Abuse Prevention (RAP) policy, you can read about it here.
Report Misconduct Towards Referee
Use this space to report any sort of misconduct that you either experienced or witnessed against a referee. This can be from players, coaches, parents, or anyone else.
Please note, this differs from referee abuse/assault which should be reported to the state referee association at this link.
This is intended to be a space to report concerning behavior that does not rise to the level of abuse or assault. For example, it could be a coach/fan/player with a high amount of dissent that did not rise to the level where serious action was taken. The idea is to collect information to identify persistent issues and take steps to correct them.
